Metra F59PHI Emergency Strobe
Just like how you see Gyralights with Red lenses, modern Amtrak Locomotives are equipped with an emergency strobe of some kind. F59PHI's had been fashioned for streamlining (sort of) so instead of two marker lights, one of the lights is the emergency strobe.
