OPC Summer Slam 2024 Powerlifting Competition!!!!
Coverage from the powerlifting competition that i hosted at my local gym Optimum Performance Center in Bethlehem, PA!!!
I was very nervous but the comfort of the gym environment and how i feel about this sport (along with the huge help from my family) made this day run as well as it could.
4 lifters in the roster for the first comp we hosted.
My coaching, Fearless Training Systems had their athlete's first competition and it was FTS's first competition where I coached a lifter!
Laura, Julian, Scott and Matt all did awesome!
