The dimensions of this cup holder are approximately 120mm wide, 120mm front to back, and 108mm at the narrowest point. The cup holder is 102mm deep and requires a hole in the arm of the recliner of 100mm.
The cup holder has an integrated controller with 6 buttons (illuminated). Open/Close buttons are for the footrest. Up/Down buttons are for the headrest. Reset button is for convenience in operating both the footrest close and headrest down simultaneously. The reset button needs to be pressed & held until the footrest is fully closed and headrest is in the down position.
The replacement MLZB019 cup holder controller is supplied with a new timing box which has 2 cables attached to it. The 5 pin cable is plugged into the actuator for the controller to operate the electric movement of the footrest and headrest, and the second cable is used to synchronise the lights with a LED ligth bar or slave cup holder.
