To locate the model number of your cup holder you need to look at the label on the bottom of your cup holder by removing it from the recliner arm rest. The approximate internal dimensions of the cup holder is 86mm wide and 97mm deep. The top outer ring of the cup holder and 6 buttons controller is 114mm wide. The overall height is approximately 100mm, and requires a hole in the arm of the recliner of approximately 100mm round.
The 6 button controller includes a light button which can control the cup holders internal lights and also synchronise to an external light bar or synchronise with other recliners. The light button is operated by a single press to turn on the lights and press again to turn off. The lights are also on a timed function that automatically turns off the lights after a period of time. The light button can be pressed & held to cycle through the 7 different light colour options and then release the button on the colour you want to set.
This replacement MLZB020-D1 cup holder controller is supplied with a switch box that has 2 cables attached to it. The cable with a 5 pin plug is used to connect to the actuator for operating the footrest & headrest with the cup holder's integrated controller buttons. The second cable has a smaller 5 pin plug that is used for the light source.
The cup holder has an integrated controller with 6 illuminated buttons. Open/Close buttons are for the footrest. Up/Down buttons are for the headrest. Home button is for convenience in operating both the footrest close and headrest up simultaneously. The home button needs to be pressed & held until the headrest is down and footrest is fully closed.
