8 Bed HMO Conversion Project 🚜🏠🔨👷🏼♂️
This is the first video of many, which will be following my journey of taking a run down three bedroom property and turning it into a modern eight bedroom house for shared accomodation. Planning permission has been granted by Bexley council for a Part one/part two storey side and rear extension for the change of use from single dwellinghouse (Class C3) to House of Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis) for up to 8 people.
The property will be extended and completely refurbished to a high standard throughout. We are expecting this project to take around six months to complete and I will try my best to share a video atleast every two weeks so that you can see how the buiild takes place.
I purchased this house from a London auction at a great price and i am really looking forward to transforming it into something special.
