In this video, I finally take on one of Mr. London workouts. This video I decided to do Mr. London’s “Muffin Top Be Gone!” Workout. This workout only last for 10 minutes with some intense lower body core workouts. Get your towel, mat and core strength ready! It’s definitely a challenge!
