Alani Nu aka Alani Nutrition has just released the Breezeberry flavored pre-workout! I give my honest review about this product and inform you on how it taste. I also mention Alani Nu pre-workout flavors Rainbow Candy and Hawaiian Shaved Ice! I have tried those flavors as well but this is my first impression on the Breezeberry flavor! I hope you enjoy.

I suggest that if you are starting out for the first time to do one round of these workouts. When I began to workout, I only did what my body allowed me to do until it was time to throw in the towel.
