An Introduction To The Brittany Dog
The Brittany was developed in France as a hunter's companion and all-around bird dog. This medium sized dog is happy and energetic and should be in a home that can give him ample exercise. Known as the Brittany in America, but still known as the Brittany Spaniel in France.
It's important to understand, that although a breed should generally display qualities of the breed standard, every dog is an individual and may not reflect always reflect the breed standard perfectly.
