How to Remove Lights from your Shot
Q: Why bother with this? A: Especially in wide shots, having your lights in the frame allows you to light your subject exactly how you want. This is very useful if you don't have super bright lights and huge lighting modifiers.
This only works for static shots where the camera does not move
Moving the lights out of frame will cause the background of the clean plate to be lit slightly differently from the main clip. Feather your mask to smooth the transition between the main clip and clean plate.
