Mindful Lunch is a free lunchtime speaker series that offers bite-sized learning to improve well-being and resilience. Guests join us live online to share their wisdom through conversations, Q&A, and beneficial self-help tools. This month, Joy Loewen and Liz Hover joined me to discuss how they transformed the National Screen Institute's workplace wellness culture by advancing a four-day workweek.
