3 Rental Properties Under Contract At Once! Look at God!!
This year one of my prayers was that God would do things that only HE could get the credit for! By February, I was under contract on 3 different properties at the same time! I'm amazed at what He's doing in my life but not surprised.
I want to encourage you to have FAITH that God can open up great doors for you as you work on building a legacy for your children and their children. In 2021, I was blessed to acquire 5 properties. By the second month of 2022, God had open up doors for me to go under contract on a duplex, a quadplex, and a cabin in GA.
