When to Walk Away from a Real Estate Deal

I was so pumped to have three properties under contract at once! While I have been blown away by the number of doors God has been opening, I had to use wisdom and discernment and walk away from this one.

While this was my favorite type of property (quadplex), I decided that there were too many reasons to leave this one alone. It cost me my earnest money deposit, appraisal fee, and home inspection, but in the end it was the right thing to do. Ultimately, I walked away from my latest real estate deal because of three main factors:
1. The price of the property
2. The amount of rehab needed
3. Lower rate of return

While I may have lost my EMD and some time, I learned a lot. Check out today's video to take advantage of these lessons in your business!
