2021 Bumblebee Garden Parties 🌷
On Saturday 19 and 26 June 2021, the Bumblebee Conservation Trust held its first in-person events since before the first COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. Two community garden parties – one in the village of Newenden and the other in Woodchurch. Both events were full of colourful wildflower meadows, beautiful gardens, delicious cakes, interesting walks and talks (led by the Trusts Dr Nikki Gammans and trainee Clare Alley), and of course… bee-rilliant bumblebees!
