How to make red currant wine

If you follow my Instagram or Twitter you will know I've recently begun homebrewing and we had a great crop of fruit in the garden this year so are making several fruit wines
The bargain fermenting bucket is from amazon;

Ingredients:
3lb (1.36kg) of red currants
3lb (1.36kg) of sugar
8 pints (4.5l) of boiling water
1tsp pectolase
1 tsp yeast nutrient
brewers yeast
