Chinese Mooncake
Hey Guys,
Mid Autumn Festival is just around the corner! It's my favorite Chinese holiday because I love mooncake so much and this is the only time you can buy it in stores.
I've made my own mooncake a few years back and I thought I'd give it another go. It's honestly so much easier than I remebered, especially if you can find pre-made lotus seed paste or bean paste.
