What are our movement study sessions about?
We work on movement as a science from a practice-based perspective.
These are not 'workouts' these are educational drills for both body and brain.
It's a process of 'pulling' out something that in itself is already there, but left unnoticed.
In the practicum, you develop a more intelligent system, capable of solving physical and cognitive riddles with a limited amount of tools (and that's just a fraction of this research into your physical potential).
In this video, you see the kick-off for the new curriculum with people starting at the beginning and people with 2-3 years of experience.
As you can see, we can work with all levels, and more experienced people support less experienced people.
The orientation is learning instead of succeeding.
