Today we're talking about the different types of procurement. Throughout Germany, there are: public tenders, restricted tenders with/without competitive bidding, and direct award. For Europe-wide tenders, there are: open procedures, restricted procedures, negotiated procedures, competitive dialogue, and innovation partnerships.
