Hang Gliding 2012 -- New Years Long Reef 2012 - NSW Australia
A sweet NE blowing into Long Reef brought out a range of paragliders and hang glider pilots to enjoy the beautiful day and catching up with mates on launch. This video is the compilation of two flights, the first being short as I couldn't get prone because the foot rest wasn't accessible. During the second flight I ended up with the whole site to myself and had a ball working the whole site and the lift in the bowl. Thanks to my very helpful ground crew too...how lucky am I :-) after the flight went for a cool off dip at a local beach and a picnic, a cold one at the other local, and then to the gym to have a game of squash with mates. What an amazing day!
