The self-propelled mobile covering machine, which we specifically developed for conditions with extreme continental climate, has already passed annual tests in real conditions.
It is capable of unwinding and laying a covering material weighing up to 1500 kg for berms, significantly automating and facilitating the work process. The process of covering can be controlled both from the upper platform of the machine, and via a remote console on the bridge or remote control (optional). These machines are capable of processing berms up to 7 meters high and 12 meters wide, significantly optimizing the work process. It is very easy for one operator to control this self-propelled machine.
Our covering machines are available in two versions - trailer-mounted and self-propelled, and they are designed to cover with membrane, fleece and other materials. They are perfect for working with any type of basins and repeat the functionality of European counterparts, such as GORE® Cover systems.
The machine is equipped with a CNC system for precise automatic control and steering when laying material inside the basin. To correct the distance from the berm to the machine, high-precision sensors are used that continuously measure this distance with millimeter accuracy and continuously correct it by steering the wheel. This facilitates the laying process and maintains the durability of the material.
The covering machine is used for covering and uncovering berms during the composting of organic waste, which helps to increase the duration of use for membrane covers. The berm composing waste system has a range of advantages: simple modular construction, wide possibilities for planning and use, as well as low construction and maintenance costs, efficient energy use, convenient control, ability to increase productivity at any time, and less emissions and dust and spore amounts in the environment.
