The self-propelled mobile sheltering machine, which we have specifically developed for conditions with a sharply continental climate and extreme temperatures, has already undergone annual testing under real conditions.
It is capable of unwinding and laying material weighing up to 1500 kg, which greatly automates and simplifies the work process. The sheltering of the sides can be managed from the top platform of the machine, as well as with the help of a control panel on the gantry or from a remote control (sold as an option). These machines can handle sides up to 6 metres high and over 12 metres wide, significantly optimising the work process. A single operator can easily operate this self-propelled machine.
Our sheltering machines come in two versions - trailer and self-propelled, and they are designed for covering with membrane fabrics of various materials and other materials. They are perfect for working with any kind of bath and replicate the functionality of European counterparts like the GORE® Cover systems.
The machine is equipped with a CNC system for precise automatic control and steering when laying material inside the bathtub. High-precision sensors are used to correct the distance from the side to the machine, continuously measuring this distance with millimetre accuracy and correcting it as necessary by steering the wheel. This simplifies the laying process and preserves the durability of the material.
The sheltering machine is used to cover and uncover the sides during the composting of organic waste, which helps to extend the lifespan of the membrane covers. The side composting system of waste has a number of advantages: simple modular construction, wide possibilities for planning and use, low construction and maintenance costs, energy efficiency, ease of control, the ability to increase productivity at any time, as well as lower levels of dust and spore emissions into the environment.
