In the province of Inner Mongolia, there is the Hualai River, which is on average 15 centimeters wide, and at its narrowest point it is only 4 cm. But its length is 17 km. Although the river is very narrow, it is up to 50 centimeters deep.
It is hard to believe that a river like the Hualai really exists, but according to Chinese experts, it has been flowing for at least 10,000 years. It originates from an underground source and flows into Lake Dalai Nur in the Hexigten Nature Reserve.
