Then set the bit rate of the audio which already mentioned in this video.
Check your voice frequency by selecting the recording monitoring.
Click on the record button which is situated on the control bar and then record your voice.
To stop recording click on the stop button which is on the control bar.
After recording your voice, play the sound by selecting the play button and observe a large amount of background noise.
