Julien Chabbal, CEO of Alphabet France, was a guest on Magali Forestier's show, "On se dit tout," on L'Hémicycle TV.
"To become the most attractive mobility provider on the market, for both employees and customers": This is the objective set by Alphabet, a specialist in mobility solutions for businesses, explains Julien Chabbal, its CEO.
With 260 employees in France and 100,000 drivers who trust it, Alphabet offers companies personalized services and advice to successfully navigate their energy transition, simplify fleet management, reduce costs, and improve the employee experience. "We offer mobility cards to our clients. It's completely customized: we work with the company to define a policy for its employees that allows for flexibility and the ability to switch between different modes of transportation."
As a mobility player, Alphabet is playing a significant role in the transportation sector's transition: "We offer companies the Carbon Manager tool, which allows them to calculate their carbon footprint and implement numerous eco-responsible actions," emphasizes the CEO. Alphabet has also established a CSR governance structure: "We have set up strategic and operational committees, some advocates have voluntarily championed the issue, and we have also hired people to whom we have entrusted specific missions… We are at the beginning of a collaborative journey," he explains.
To policymakers, Julien Chabbal urges them to give "visibility to companies, beyond the set course" on environmental matters, such as the ban on internal combustion engines in Europe by 2035. He adds: "I strongly believe in consistency and a steady course, even when setting very ambitious goals."
