2024 Power Tour - Thunderbird repairs and updates, including cooling system with a 4 core radiator.
In preparation for the upcoming 2024 Hot Rod Power Tour, I'm doing some maintenance on the 1979 Thunderbird Town Landau. She had some leaky valve covers, so I replaced the valve cover gaskets. The radiator was a little questionable, so the original stock radiator was upgraded to a new aluminum 4 core radiator. She sounds a little stronger now, with an upgraded dual exhaust system.
