TITLE: Design Management We supervise all the pre-construction – dealing with architects, engineers and any planning authorities. If there are tenders or contracts to be negotiated we do that too.
TITLE: Pre-Construction Management At Awesim we use tried and tested technology, and all our experience, to determine a scope of works that includes a breakdown of all the tasks, the risks, cashflow, budgets and the deadlines that are required to complete the development efficiently.
TITLE: Construction Management Once building commences we attend the site regularly to inspect and meet with the builder. We review the builder’s progress and respond to any requests they have for information as well as keeping them on track with regards to timing and budget. So we don’t just oversee the actual construction, we administer the entire building contract and provide you with regular updates on the builder’s progress and financial status. And along the way we handle any disputes or issues.
It’s a step by step process and the Awesim team follows all the proper procedures. We’re with you every step of the way, keeping you involved whilst making the process smooth and manageable. Every member of our team is experienced with their own excellent contacts and connections within the industry and that personal touch helps a lot in terms of getting things done easily and efficiently.
