Pokémon Punches are JANK, this is why
A Pokémon with Iron Fist ability is supposed to boost the power of punching moves, but what is a punching move really? Why do pokemon without arms learn punching moves and why do moves that use arms and fists sometimes not count as punches? I explain that here on my tutorial about Iron Fist ability.
