Hello there, long lost friends!
Welcome back to the channel. I appreciate all your enthusiasm and continued listening while I've been rather distant lately. You all rock. Also, wait for it... The videos are back! (I guess that was obvious seeing as this is a video description box.)
Since you've kept showing me love on Fridays, I figured what better day to throw a new vid out? This one is a new song called 'Carry The Stone' and it's just about knowing that you have someone(s)/some place in your life that's right behind you, not matter how far away you go.
It's cheesy, but, man, life is tougher than it needs to be when you push away the ones who've got your back. I could keep typing, but for now, I just really hope you dig the tune. It's therapeutic and you're my sounding boards.
Thanks always for that.
-d.
PS - More to come. :)

LYRICS
'Carry The Stone'
A different city every night
Driving through dark towns
Searching for daylight
On the phone but out of sight
I wonder how far it is
And if I’ll ever get it right
Don’t tell me, I’m afraid to try
Help me I can’t do this on my own
I’m out of control
I want to come home to you
You’re where I land when I fall alone
You carry the stone
Oh I want to come home to you
My heart beats but there’s no pulse
It feels like I’m frozen
Awake in the ice-cold
I am hunger and I am fighting
To feel like I’m on the verge
Of something I’ve been denying
Don’t tell me, cause I’m terrified of heights
Help me I can’t do this on my own
I’m out of control
I want to come home to you
You’re where I land when I fall alone
You carry the stone
Oh I want to come home to you
I can feel you there
A piece of you is with me everywhere
Help me I can’t do this on my own
I’m out of control
I want to come home to you
You’re where I land when I fall alone
You carry the stone
Oh I want to come home to you
