Sableye is a Shield exclusive, requires Fog, but it thankfully an overworld encounter. Thankfully. I don't know of a Sword equivalent in this area, but there should be one (though perhaps not in Foggy).
Litwick can also be found in Bridge Field in either Intense Sun or Fog, but I don't have the days for that.
