Covenant Homeownership Program for WA State
The state of Washington is now offering down payment assistance to the tune of 20% of the purchase price of a home, PLUS CLOSING COSTS, with 0% interest on the down payment portion of the loan, for first time home buyers from certain races who lived in, or whose ancestors lived in WA before April 1968, who may have experienced historical discrimination which prevented them from purchasing a home in the past.
