The band, Trendz, was formed by lead vocalist, Larry Galbraith formerly of ASIA and Free Flight when the known band ASIA came a calling for the naming rights. Larry's band ASIA was inducted into the South Dakota Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019... their music was killer for late 70s, early 80s "prog" rock. Here's Larry singing lead on their second album: • Thunder Rider . TRENDZ performed contemporary pop/rock tracks like this one... Featuring lead guitarist, Mike Cales and bassist, vocalist, keyboardist, Rob Dunn. Stephen Boudreaux (me) was hired as the drummer at age 15 off of a battle of the bands stage and had to ask his parents if he could travel with the band on their summer tour in 1984. A full tour over the summer helped me cut my teeth on live drumming, a full sophomore school year performing with the band and a second summer tour was the best music education...ever.
