Fast-tracking digitization of Employees' document on PS Approval Workflow Engine
Problem Statement
Employee's document was being digitalized in PeopleSoft. A report needs to be run every day to fetch the details of the submitted documents and administrator has to validate every document individually using the administrator page. This consumes time and effort to have the document validated.
Solution
Integration of the PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine with the digitalized employees' document page. This led to real time notification process set-up to the administrator when employees submitted their documents (Personal Information, Spouse Information, Children Information, Dependent Information and Supporting attachments). This helped the administrator in validating the documents quickly by avoiding manual report generation.
