Chevy Cruze Electric Power Steering Rack Removal
This video covers the removal of the electric power steering rack from a 2011 Chevy Cruze. This is not a terribly difficult process and can be done with hand tools. Two floor jacks and a helper will make it easier if you do not have a lift. You will need to disconnect the exhaust from the motor and the flange at the middle of the vehicle in order to lower the engine cradle down.
Don't forget your replacement power steering rack and or motor will need to be programmed with your vehicles VIN.
