2 MINUTE DIZZINES AND HEADACHE WILL GONE WITH 3 MASSAGE POINT
Fengchi Point:
Locate the Fengchi point below the occiput, at the depression near the lateral border of the trapezius muscle. This point may feel tender when you're stressed, hurried, or experiencing discomfort from wind exposure.
How to find it:
Place your palms over your ears with thumbs pointing upwards. Press into the dimples just beneath the skull — these are your Fengchi points. Applying pressure here can relax your neck and improve circulation. Massage with gentle pressure in a circular motion for one minute, then reverse the direction for another minute.
Bai Hui Point:
The Bai Hui point is simple to find.
How to find it:
Rest the tips of your thumbs on the highest point of your ears and reach your middle fingers to meet at the crown of your head. You may feel a dimple or an energetically "alive" spot. Gently apply pressure to this point for two minutes. Be careful not to press too hard.
Hegu Point:
The Hegu point is located on the back of the hand.
How to find it:
Find the highest crease of the hand when you bring your thumb and index finger together and look for the muscle’s bulge. The Hegu point is at the top of this muscle bulge. Massage this area, applying pressure until the sore sensation diminishes, for about two minutes.
Massage each of these points three times daily for optimal results.
