Investment - keeping a tight investor base, bootstrapping and why this has allowed us to lay a super strong foundation for success. Currently looking to raise another round and the discussions around whether to continue with local high-net worths or bring in Australian VC's and the changes in dynamics that this will bring.
Sales - looking for that elusive repeatable sales process, the importance of sharing experiences with others and learning from their experiences and how every company is internally struggling with the same issues.
