Subnautica Mods: New Recipe
Added the ability to convert Titanium Ingots into 2x Scrap Metal, which can then be converted to Titanium. I've also updated the Scrap Metal recipe to give one more Titanium, to better line this new recipe up with its resources.

Might be able to convert straight to titanium later, but Subnautica's code isn't setup for it presently.
