Powerstage designed by me. The controller is also my own design with influences from the Axiom project to reduce cost. I just got this working tonight after about a week of debugging hardware and software. The VESC project lacks good documentation on how to implement your own custom hardware.
In the video I state the power stage is setup for 200V max, however with a change to IGBTs, the current parts work up to 400V DC bus. This is just a first prototype and the PCB does not have enough copper to carry more than about 40A DC. Updated PCBs produced with the proper copper thickness should handle over 200A. If additional testing proves successful 18 and 24 FET power stages might follow.
