Enviro NZ Side Arm Collecting Residential General Waste Wheelie Bins, T920 - Part 1/3 (Enviro Waste)
Part 1: Enviro NZ has not been a big feature on my YouTube channel, but I finally got a chance to get some footage of this truck collecting residential general waste.
The truck featured today is registered as a 2016 HINO 500 and was a New Zealand new vehicle imported in 2016 from Japan.
Speaking with the driver, I found out that he is the owner of this vehicle and is an independent contractor who is contracted by Enviro NZ to collect their bins. This is super cool and is possibly not too common these days within New Zealand, but I am sure there are benefits to both the driver and the company for this kind of business model.
Enviro NZ recently has undergone a rebranding exercise. As featured on this truck with the older design, they were once known as "Enviro Waste". This name change has helped combine many different business units all under one brand name.
A massive thank you to the driver for letting me film the truck; hopefully you'll be pleased to see your vehicle on YouTube along with those international videos you mentioned watching. Hopefully I can do it some justice over the next few featured videos.
