Creamy Chicken Soup | Kitchen Time with Anna
A warm and comforting Creamy Chicken Soup is all you need today!
Ingredients are:
1/2 kl chicken
1 liter water
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
3 medium sized carrots
6 small potatoes
4 stalks celery
5 garlic cloves
1 white onion
2 tbsp flour
1 chicken cubes (bullion)
250g canned green peas
1 tsp dried Parsley
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 to 3 pcs. Dries bay leaves
250ml all purpose cream
Add 1 and 1/2 cup water with the remaining chicken stock
