A River Runs Through It
Back in December 2021 life got too much, I hit emotional overwhelm and I fled Ibiza for a month of soul searching on the road in Southern Spain.
One of the stops on my journey was the Sierra Nevada. I went for a hike through the mountains and ended up sat on a huge rock by this river where I wrote this poem ‘A River Runs Through It’ (also the name of one of my favourite movies)
That poem ended up in my book and 2 years on it is now in my audio book, narrated by me.
You never know where the river of life will take you next, this was the message and essence that I captured that day on that rock.
