This one was an update. I feel like I have been MIA for a hot minute and I think I just needed sometime and I'm BACK!
I can't wait to share everything that's been going on with the pilates studio and the changes we're making to Flowrish! I want you guys along for the ride because this is NOT EASY! But I know it'll be worth it.
