3️⃣ CUSTOMER SERVICE - No one will come back to you if you lack customer service. It's all about building relationships and earning their loyalty.
4️⃣ BAD VIBES - Clients are in a very vulnerable position, and it's your job to make sure your client feels safe, understood, and comfortable.
