How to Check Transaction History in BHIM App
This video explains how to check transaction history in BHIM app.
User can check transaction history and pending UPI collect requests (if any) and approve or reject.
On home screen, from My Information section, tap on Transactions.
Here, you can see all types of transaction history such as Pending Transactions, Approved, Declined or Failed Transactions.
Tap on transaction to view more details.
If you have any concern with the payment you can raise the complaint by tapping on Report issue in transactions.
Requested transactions can be seen from Pending tab. You can choose to Decline or Pay this request.
From top more option, you can Download Transactions.
You can choose the time period from the calendar and then tap on Download button.
Once downloaded, tap on View button and select the Viewer app.
The transaction history will be shown with all the details.
