How to Pay Using Paytm
This video explains how to buy & sell digital gold on Paytm.
Now, you can buy 24K 999.9 Gold from MMTC-PAMP (India’s only Internationally Accredited Refinery) on Paytm and store it in the country’s most secure, 100% insured vaults at no additional charge.
To start with, on home screen, tap on Gold option.
On Digital Gold screen, you can buy gold, sell it back online, or get the delivery to your home.
Current Gold rate is shown here; you have to swipe down to refresh the price.
There are two options for making Gold purchase, that is, Buy in Grams for that you have to insert weight of gold in grams and second option is Buy in Rupees.
In this case, I am selecting Buy in Rupees.
You can buy gold for as little as Rupees 1, which means accumulating gold is much more affordable.
Enter Amount for which you want to purchase the gold.
Next, enter the Name and Delivery Pincode.
Once done tap on Proceed.
You can see the Weight of Gold calculated for the entered amount.
Below, you can select the Offers or enter the promocode.
The price is valid for few minutes.
Once done, tap on Proceed to Pay button.
It navigates to the Complete Your Payment screen, where you have to choose the payment mode.
To use Paytm Wallet balance, keep the selected checkbox and tap on Pay now button.
Next, you will receive message with order status.
Paytm also provides updates on your transaction.
From Update option, you can check the details of the transaction.
As you have now learned to buy the gold, Paytm also support to sell your gold online.
For that, tap on Gold and choose Sell/Delivery option.
You can sell the gold in Grams or in Rupees.
For Grams, you have to enter weight of gold and for the Rupees option, enter amount.
Entering amount will auto calculate the weight of gold.
To proceed tap on Proceed to Pay button.
Convenience fee would be applicable on this transaction.
On next screen, you can enter the Bank details and proceed further with the instructions. You will receive this money in your Bank Account.
