The video includes a few footage from random webcams located in Minnesota and Wisconsin (provider: webcamtaxi.com), when the Sun at the greatest phase of the eclipse was between 3,5 and 5 degrees below the horizon. In turn, I could see the fantastic phenomenon, when the dawn progress was freezing for a while due to increasing eclipse obscuration combined with decreasing solar depression before sunrise. After the annularity, I could see how the scene gets brighter dramatically, much faster than usual.
