LEXINGTON, Tenn. — The West Tennessee Dive, Rescue and Recovery Team held a joint training exercise Tuesday with the Tennessee National Guard on Beech Lake in Lexington.
NG water search training A Remote Operated Vehicle, or ROV, gives members of the dive and rescue team the ability to operate independently without having to put a diver in the water up to a depth of 500 feet.
The ROV has front- and rear-mounted cameras that allow a positive identification of what’s in the water.
