Vintage Success Chaff Cutter Restoration
Hello and welcome folks.
Today I'm restoring this vintage Success No 3505 Chaff Cutter
I picked this up at a farm sale and have been excited to restore it
As you can see this piece has been well used.
The amount of dirt and rust and grease on this was a little crazy but I think it cleaned up well in the end
This project took forever to complete. Not long after starting sandblasting my New 12 month old compressor blew up. It was just out of warranty so I ended up fixing it my self. Lucky it only took just over a week for the new parts to come.
