Relaxed & respectful: Can you have both in the workplace?
The workplace is changing rapidly right now. No one can deny that.
This triggers reactions from employers, many scrambling to retain good employees and hire more of them.
In an effort to brand themselves as an attractive employer, many employers opt to offer tons of perks, extreme flexibility, laid back environments, and transparent vibes in the workplace.
In this video, I offer caution about going too far in that extreme and suggestions about how to have your cake and eat it, too... and foster an environment which feels relaxed yet still respectful.
