Elsons International, a manufacturer of unique packaging in Cleveland, provides job opportunities to ex-offenders. With the help of the Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC) at the Urban League of Greater Cleveland, Elsons International has been able to obtain certification through the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) program, which has allowed them to access and win state contracts, thus creating jobs and increasing sales for their business.
