The Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program helps revitalize communities around Ohio by transforming vacant and underutilized historic buildings for new purposes. The former Rialto Theater in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood is a successful example of this impact as a vacant theater was converted to the corporate headquarters, production facility and ice cream shop for Mitchell’s Homemade Ice Cream.
