Allow PHPStan to treat "@group legacy" as deprecated scopes
Symfony's PHPUnit Bridge adds "@group legacy" to treat test methods as a way of testing deprecated code without triggering deprecations. However, PHPStan doesn't understand this non-standard phpDoc tag. In this live stream, I follow up on a 1.5-year-old issue to try and add support.
